I’m building a very basic theme. The homepage is simply a title and description and the second page will be an ordered list of the content (titles only; linked to their individual pages). But I don’t understand if Table of Contents or List of Content is what I should be using, and I’m struggling to get either working. Can anyone offer advice?
TOC is for individual content pages and listing headings therein.
What you want for the list page is an actual list page. Read the docs here:
