SEO audit for website created using Hugo

Hi all,

I checked my website using one of the SEO Checker and it shows me the following issue:

“Accesible Index Page Configured wrong”

with exaplanation:
“Search engines see your https://here-is-my-website-url.com and https://here-is-my-website-url.com/index.html (or https://here-is-my-website-url.com/index.php) as different pages.”

How can you fix this problem?

Your question is OT.

Hugo has nothing to do with how you configure your website.

Hint: You need to use redirects on your server to point to the canonical version of a page.
