Post Nav Links to section/category

Hi. New user to Hugo here, using the PaperMod theme.

I am trying to customize Post Nav Links at the bottom of each post to show only posts within a section (or a category).

Anyone know of a simple way to do it? Or can point me to some documentation. I searched the forum/interwebs and found nothing. I’m having a hard time finding anything, perhaps due to my ignorance on the terminology.
