New fluid-responsive documentation theme with advanced layout options

Hi,
I would like to announce a new Hugo theme in beta stage here in the themes section. It’s a documentation theme, uses a four-color scheme, and has a pretty unique layout by the way.

I did choose your colors, the four Hugo colors, and would like to know if you have any objections. I need to keep red, blue, green, and yellow, but could tweak the colors to get rid of the equality.
