Hugo + Turbo, Getting Started, Your Experience?

Hello everyone, I am wondering who has experience with Hugo + Turbo?

At the moment I just want to keep nav bar persistent and fade in main content on site nav from a baseof.html template. Do you have experience with this functionality? Is Turbo the right tool? If you do include Turbo, is this now considered Turbo project with Hugo for all deployment processes?
