Is there a way to migrate Drupal website, which is having view pages mostly, to Hugo?. I could not find any method to migrate view pages to Hugo. Please help.

Or you can try the alternative moving your drupal to jekyll then jekyll to hugo
The method of implementing blocks depends on their content. If there is just text inside of it, can this be done through a template that is called from front matter, if inside the list of pages you need to do through the taxonomy. I think that you can not transfer blocks automatically, you need to edit the templates. It all depends on the complexity of the structure of the site.
