Best Hugo theme for a wiki

I am looking for the best theme for building a wiki. Cupper seems quite capable in this respect, but are there others that fit the bill? At least we need categories, internal link structure, toc, ? Just wondering what people use for a wiki and can share some advice. Thx.

I love Hugo, but I feel like when it comes to documentation there are much better options. Have you looked into any of the following documentation specific tools:

• VuePress
• DocPress
• GitBook
• Or even the built in Wiki for your GitHub repos?
