Why cant i ask for help

I posted a question. And it was removed and my account was purged Just because content that did not collide with ANY of the set rules on the hugo site I asked to ignore in my forum post.

the question as about accessibility you know that people with vision or hearing problems and can use a website.

why is this forum not doing this?
Im a linux user since debian potato I cant use my personal account because that is the same consistent account ever since and i want to keep my abundant personal information split from this account and website for now.

I’m from Norway and I totally agree with the above. We get lots of spam registrations that gets auto flagged by the software for different reasons, not all of them great. I must have done a mistake here, and I apologise for that. I tried to find a recent account with name similar to yours, but I cannot find it. If you remember, please post here or PM me and I will look into it.
