hugo is a good tool to create static web pages, but without a interactive system to create or update web pages， so is there any cms for hugo? thanks！

Most people in this forum don’t use a CMS. Instead they use a code editor like VS Code.

I have made use of https://forestry.io/ for a number of Hugo sites. Works well and the editors seems pleased.
