Hi there. I love writing with Hugo/Papermod. As I offen struggle with Tags, Categories and markdown-Code I wrote a Interface which is a kind of a wysiwyg-Editor (but without Preview). The Tool exports a final Index.md - all done for Publishing. If you like to check it out:
