Searching a simple, up-to-date and well-documented theme to start

Good afternoon.
This is my first post here now that I am creating my first site with Hugo. I wanted to use the PaperMod theme but I am experiencing problems with the favicon, so I dare to ask if you know any simple, multi-language and responsive theme similar to that one that is well maintained and documented.

I’d like to recommend Yue, developed by me.

It’s simple, multilingual and responsive. With Git and Hugo installed, you can build a working website within seconds. I use it for my Hugo blog that have been running since 2020. While Yue doesn’t have as many features as PaperMod, it includes all the basic essentials for a functional website.
