Public website looks different than the hugo server version

Hi,

I’ve been using Hugo Academic for a while now, and it’s been going great. A few days ago I noticed the top menus on my website have disappeared, even though when I run “hugo server” and open localhost:1313 it looks fine, and there is nothing to commit. Any idea what am I doing wrong?

I think there was a problem with the hugo version I was using, it seems to work now. Thank you!!
