[RFC] Alpha WordPress Conversion Tool

After far more work than I intended, instead of just a quick and dirty modification of exitwp-to-hugo to use Python3 I’ve written a completely new Python scripts called wpxr-to-static. I am pleased to announce that it’s ready for eyeballs and initial comments although not regular use, especially by less technical users (hence the alpha monicker).
