Migrate from Wordpress to Hugo advise

Hi,

I’m new to Hugo and want to migrate my WordPress blog with over 400 posts and pictures to Hugo.
The blog post’s URLs are as follows:

The pictures URL’s in the blogposts are stored in the following format:

What’s the best way to organize the blog post and pictures in Hugo so that Search engines can still find the exising blog posts?

This plugin can help convert your posts to markdown and YAML that you can then use in Hugo. It is ‘easier’ from there (although you might need to do a cleanup of certain things in your posts)
