List all pages in RSS

If I specify no RSS template, my top-level RSS file has all my recent posts in it, regardless of the section.

If I copy-paste the RSS template from here, the top-level only contains the sections, not the posts in the section.

So;

this RSS template does not seem to be “The Embedded rss.xml” as the documentation says
More importantly: how do I get all posts?

To get all the posts, you need to include RSS in your outputs for home:
