In the current issue (12/2016) of the german computer magazine ct is an article with a really good introduction into Hugo. It explains how to create a website with a simple theme with Hugo.

The computer magazine c’t is one of the biggest here in Germany and it’s great to have this kind of publicity as an open source project .
