Hugo won't generatoe pages even though they are not draft until I use "-D" option

I am facing odd issue with the following repository:

When I type “hugo” command, only 6 pages are generated. When I use “-D” option , there are 66 pages. All pages are set “draft: false” so why they are treated as drafts? Could clone the repo and check at your end ?

The verbose option doesn’ help
