Hugo UI, would you need it?

Hello.
I am wondering, since there is no such thing. Would a UI for hugo that allows you to create posts, pages, configure everything that can be configured inside a , let’s say, web based application be useful to anyone?

I’m thinking a website where you can create pages, posts, menus,everything that you can create in HUGO, select a theme and then it exports code, the code being the hugo generated html.

Would anyone find it useful?

I am wondering, since there is no such thing.

I think a lot of people like them. There is a (growing) number out there already.
