Hugo ignore about.md in content folder and no error message

The site was otherwise functioning. I create a new file “about.md” in the content folder next to the existing _index.md. However, when I run hugo command to generate the static page, about page won’t be generated and there is no error messages, even with --debug or --verbose.

Not sure what I did wrong. I can’t see if I have some wrong code in the about.md, especially with no error message.

I’m not sure where you are located, but I suspect that “2021-02-19” is tomorrow, a future date. If you want to include content with a future date, run hugo -F.

Good eyes. I totally forgot I mistaken today’s date and future date the post.
