Hugo 0.56 - Content rendering randomly working

I just installed Hugo which seems very awesome!

Hugo Static Site Generator v0.56.0/extended linux/amd64 BuildDate: 2019-07-25T21:42:01Z

But when I update a file, the content inside content/index.html is not always rendering. I have to kill hugo and restart it to see it.

It fails with no error in Hugo:

Do you have the code for your site somewhere we can have a look at?

I figured it out, my bad.

My filename was content/index.html instead of content/_index.html ; so I was using template layouts/_default/single.html instead of layouts/index.html.

I think Hugo did not know which file took as a template and randomly one or another!
