Hello im using casper2 theme and im facing a problem with titles check the screenshot below i wan’t to remove the netlify title and only show my website name

Your domain is on a netlify subdomain, maybe they are adding it. You ought to ask them. 
That’s Google adding what it considers to be the “brand” for the domain to be helpful for users.
No absolute way you can override it when using the subdomain.
