I’m building my personal website being pretty novice in HTML/CSS and Java. I would like to know how to create an “About” page on my personal blog. I’m using the Papermod theme which makes it a bit tricky.

I doubt that there’s any Java involved. You probably mean JavaScript, which is completely separate and different from Java.
