How list a new theme on https://themes.gohugo.io/

I’ve updated my Arberia Theme for Hugo, but I noticed it has been delisted from themes.gohugo.io.

Now that I’ve updated the theme, I’d like to share it again, but I can’t find the instructions. Could someone please explain how to add my theme back to the list?
