How do we report moderators for bad behavior?

I’ve not been in this forum that long, maybe 6 months. But I’ve found it to be a generally helpful and polite forum and I’ve not really witnessed any hostility. Yes, you see some frustration or shortness of responses, natural in any forum but these don’t seem to escalate as there are plenty of people who actively look to calm things.

Overall, I find the forum to be just as useful, helpful and considered as Hugo itself!

This topic has got really out of hand for issues that are unrelated to the ones raised originally and I think that it’s time to end this discussion.

I am locking this topic after communicating in private with the Original Poster.

In the future if anyone in this Forum feels that a Moderator needs to be reported for inappropriate behavior then please follow these steps:

  1. Press the 3 dots under the offending post

  1. Then press the Flag button

  1. In the Modal window that opens choose the option Something Else and a message form will open

This is how you can alert us all about a problem.

We will look into your report and get back to you as soon as possible.

Also bear in mind the following:

  1. We are an international team of people from different cultures and for some of us English is a second language.
  2. We are trying to keep this forum in order as best as we can out of our own free time and pocket.
  3. This is not a professional support forum.
