How do I create a post that is visible in the top bar?

Hello, I can’t seem to find how to add a kind of “category” in the top bar similar to how this website has docs, themes and github in the top right corner.

I am using the Hello-friend theme and the demo also has such implementation but how to add those kind of pages there is not specified.

I want to make a About kind of option in the top bar separated from my posts.
