Found no layout for "taxonomyTerm", language "en", output format "HTML"

With the latest versions of Hugo I keep getting the following error:

That’s why I kept using older versions of Hugo but now I want to use the latest version of Hugo.

How can I make sure these errors don’t show up?

I do not use “tag” and “category” pages.

EDIT: I don’t use a Hugo theme. I created my own theme with HTML files and it’s working fine for over a year with older versions of Hugo.

Ok. So I just added the following to my config.toml file:

disableKinds = [“taxonomy”, “taxonomyTerm”]

And the errors are gone.

But:

For me, it’s only a quick solution and for other people it’s not a solution at all.

If you don’t plan to use taxonomies, then adding that code snippet to your config file, as you did, is the proper way to fix those warnings.
