Custom shortcodes autocomplete in editor

In the same mood as Archetypes autocomplete in terminal, wouldn’t it be great to have custom shortcodes (looking in shortcodes/ and theme/shortcodes/) autocomplete (in editor) on a per-project basis?

Any ways it doesn’t rely on an editor’s extension?

The autocomplete in terminal thing is dependent upon either the binary’s code i.e. hugo itself, or, some shell plugin. Autocomplete in the editor will be dependent upon editor extensions or plugins, so someone has to build it.
