Blog posts are not build correctly unless `hugo server` is used

When on my local machine i can use hugo server and then ctrl+s a post for it to be rebuild but if i clear the public directory and then run just hugo it won’t build the posts and just builds the index page.

Rename your home page files from index.md to _index.md.
