Hi. Forgive me if this is a dumb question. I updated several html files in the partials folder for the minimal theme so that it can use mathjax/render latex. I’m trying to push these changes to my github where my website repository lives. I’m unable to do this for some reason. Can anyone provide tips on how to do this? Are we allowed to make changes to the partials?

Key point - don’t modify the theme partials directly.
