Show trust level on profile page

Some other Discourse forums show the user their trust level on their profile page. Could this be added to the Hugo Discourse?

To reach the Profile Page where it is shown :

  1. click the Icon in the Post

  2. click the big Icon in the user Popup

→ the Trust level is shown on the Profile Page.

Most users also add their Badge and that will be shown on the “Short Profile” when you just click on (1).

So your request is to have it displayed with the Short Profile popup ?

Or do you want that to display in the short profile shown after pressing (1) :

  • that’s currently a user setting
  • users may hide their public profile so the stuff could be empty at all

Some other Discourse forums show the trust level on the account summary page.

sry i dont get that. exactly whats on the right on my screenshot showing the trust level in your summary. same for your asana link.

trust level = Vertrauensstufe

I only see my trust level on that page when I am not signed in.

I still cannot reproduce your Problem.

  1. I logged in anonymous and I can see it on other Profile pages
  2. I logged in with my user and I can see it on my and other Profile pages
  3. I logged in with my test user (trust level “new user” and I can see that on my and others Profile page

When you view your own profile page (case 2 + 3) you will not directly see that info. There’s a big Expand in the Profile heading. Pressing that one will reveals the details.

If you have a different appearance, you will need to provide detailed information of your view with description and screenshots, maybe a small video to visualize.

p.s. I consider that as a reasonable default. If one visits oneselfs Profile the interest is more about the topics/notifications/… but the profile info.

Trust level not visible when logged in:

What happen’s if you press that button?
For me that klick to reveal is fine…not?

I see that now. I didn’t pay attention to the expand button earlier. Other Discourse forums don’t have that expand button.
