Running Hugo on FreeNAS

Hello Hugo community,

has anyone ever tried running Hugo on FreeNAS?
Since Sun was bought by Oracle and Solaris went
tepid, i thought ZFS use would be more interesting on
FreeNas. I am a Hugo newbie and would appreciate
any advice and help to speed up my learning curve.

i’m planning on hosting a website with a few
terabytes contents on an AMD A10-7700K CPU
with 32 GB of RAM.

If things go well with this, since golang and Hugo
are designed for parallelism, i will look into moving to
Ryzen processors to use their multicore architecture.

Hugo is a STATIC site generator, so any host that can serve static content will do – CPU etc. does not really matter, it’s just dom IO.
