Relref now wants {{% %}} instead of {{< ... >}} ... ?!

Hi all, I just tried to re-compile my page with the newest hugo version (v0.136.4+extended), and I get tons of those errors: Invalid markdown link destination, use '{{% %}}' syntax when using shortcodes as input.

Turns out, that error is created from every {{< relref "page-name" >}} I use. I can make it “go away” by actually changing that to {{% relref "page-name" %}} – but I could not find any announcement for that change, and the docs are still the same.

Can somebody tell me what’s happening, maybe? I’m a bit confused.

Thanks in advance!
Axel.

That error message is generated by your theme, maybe within a link render hook.
