Release more frequently

Hi,

the latest release 0.15 is from 2015-11-25, and is almost 5 month old now. Since then some bugs were fixed and some thing improved. However, most users don’t profit from these enhancements, because there is no new release.

Would it be possible to release more often? What hinders more frequent releases? If it is testing of new features, it would be helpful to have at least bug fix releases.

This has been discussed before and the simple answer is: It takes time and @spf13 is currently a bottle-neck.

It has nothing with stability of the code and stability of new features.

If it was in my hands, I would automate it and release every 2 months or so.
