Proper place for Docs PRs

Is https://github.com/gohugoio/hugoDocs still the proper place for PRs for the documentation (rather than https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo)? Seems like there are many outstanding pull requests there and wondering if the procedure has changed from what’s in Contribute to the Hugo Docs.
