OT: Audio playlist persist across pages

If I were to add audio to my website with an audio tag (or some other implementation that allows for playlists or something) Is there any way that I could make it “global” so to speak, so that as you go from page to page, the audio is not interruped?

Would I have to put the whole site into an iframe or something?

Hugo is a static site generator it has nothing to do with audio playback.
