Need help with using Formspree and Universal together

I signed up with Formspree and made a new form to use with Universal.
However, I left the form on Formspree untweaked and don’t know how to
put it on the site or use it with the config or Universal’s in mind
instructions in mind.

Was the form also supposed to be a file other than a .md, and was I
supposed to use its special fields in the config file?

You just need to copy-paste your Formspree action code https://formspree.io/f/{form_id} and paste it in the config file under Params hugo-universal-theme/exampleSite/config.toml at master · devcows/hugo-universal-theme · GitHub.
