I converted my site, https://blog.mbedded.ninja/, from Wordpress to Hugo about a year ago. Never looked back! Having the content locally on my system, being able to push and track changes with git (the site’s repo is at https://github.com/gbmhunter/blog), and not having to worry about server performance are great features I love about static site generation (Hugo in particular).
