Location of body tag in which partial

Been digging around for a few days, trying to determine where I’d find the body tag in this theme:

Going to be using a “body onload script”, but I cannot for the life if me find any indication where where the html rendered <body dir=> tag is being generated from? I did check the various menu, header partials. Not finding anything. Any help finding the source of <body dir=> would be appreciated.
