Little question in theme submission

Background

I’m creating an issue in the theme repo for a new theme Huginn (demo site: https://lstu.fr/hg).

Problem

Hugo’s docs page use HUgo Artist theme as an example for exampleSite, in which the baseURL of config.toml is set to https://example.org.

However, in the GitHub issue template for theme submission, https://example.com is required.

Can I still submit a theme whose baseURL in exampleSite/config.toml is set to https://example.org?

There is no problem. Either example.com or example.org will do.

The demo site link https://lstu.fr/hg displays a 403 Forbidden page.

Thanks for reply. I’ve submitted the theme.

That’s a short link for Sign in · GitLab. I’m able to access this URL despite using an IP address outside France. The error seems mysterious. Thanks for feedback.

For @VincentTam and others curious, the example domains are cool tools for us to use:

https://www.iana.org/domains/reserved

As described in RFC 2606 and RFC 6761, a number of domains such as example.com and example.org are maintained for documentation purposes. These domains may be used as illustrative examples in documents without prior coordination with us. They are not available for registration or transfer.

Update: The Hugo Theme Huginn is available in Hugo’s themes repo: https://themes.gohugo.io/huginn.

I’ve put the theme’s original author as the author.
