Why not install theme? Help.

C:\Hugo\Sites\test>cd themes

C:\Hugo\Sites\test\themes>git clone https://github.com/digitalcraftsman/hugo-fre
elancer-theme
"git" is no internal or external
command, operable program or batch file.

It should maybe be more clear in the doc, but you need to install Git:
