There is an issue that I have noticed occurring infrequently. I edit a template and then an error is thrown. But after rectifying the error, live reload fails and attempts to reload the local site in the browser shows the same error repeatedly unless I stop and restart the server.

It was an issue with one of the recent Hugo 0.123.0 dev updates. Updating to the latest commit resolved the issue.
