Index.xml has invalid characters

When I try to add my XML to a news aggregator I get invalid characters.

I have been having a sort of academic discussion with a fellow friend and writer about what constitutes into a writer���s archive.

Should read

I have been having a sort of academic discussion with a fellow friend and writer about what constitutes into a writer’s archive.

Anyone has the same issue?

Check encoding of your files and use UTF8.
