Please I need help i keep getting these error for days now

Hugo v0.137.1 has been released 5th of November, so I this cannot be there for days. Guess you tried to solve the error by upgrading hugo once more and the error appeared in a previous version, too 
- last hugo version that worked?
- Which theme you are using ?
educated guess: You are using a theme, that is not compatible with these recent hugo versions. Don’t know which was your latest working version but there have been some breaking changes and activated deprecations recently.
possible solutions:
- downgrade to a hugo version that is supported by the theme.
- update the theme maybe they already have patched some of the issues
- consult the Theme documentation and Issue Tracker
- follow the solutions proposed in the error messages by
- copying the affected templates to your local layout folder
- adjust the code according to the suggestion

guess there are some common methods to install, remove, update, downgrade software in MacOS…dependning on you used installation method
