Hugo Server showing empty site

Hi, I am at a loss - I am trying to use Hugo with Bootstrap 5. I am quite new to this, so the site is very basic tinkering, trying to understand Hugo. I followed tutorials I found online and it was working well, but suddenly Hugo Server only shows an empty site and I can’t reconstruct how it happened.

Any idea where I went wrong and why?
