I tried to submit a MR to to update brew based on this MR, but I can’t find https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/archive/xxx or the correct sha.

I guess there is an extra step involved for making a brew MR.
But Is there any documentation for that, so I can help updating brew packages ? Or is it restricted to admins ?
