How to manage Hugo for publishing? Basic questions from a beginner

Hi,

I was searching about these topics, but I didn’t find anything.

• public folder: Should I upload to my hosting server only the public folder?
• New posts: Do I need to rebuild (hudo -D) project for each new post? (for example, in Jekyll if I create a new post the whole site is updated automatically, posts list and feed RSS).
