How to get a link to the translation of a page?

If I have a page in both English and Chinese, how can I add a link within the text to the Chinese translation? The template I use (Papermod) already includes a link below the title. However, I’d like to insert a link directly within the post itself.

A Markdown link from the English page to the German page:

[something]({{< relref path=/posts/post-1 lang=de >}})

The path argument is the logical path to the page.
