How can I switch the language of the current page

These examples are switch language by going to the translated homepage. How can I switch the current page?

I’m switching current pages on https://esolia.com such as https://esolia.com/about. The layout for that page calls a partial:

I have some exception code in there to just go to the home page, if there is no translation.
