Your question is about a swiper plugin and it’s off topic here since this forum is for Hugo questions.
I have never seen a Hugo shortcode for a swiper plugin but you could probably create one yourself.
A plugin that I’ve worked with in the past is this one but really there are plenty of other plugins that you may prefer.
