Github Action for SSH Deployment

Hey,

I found a lot of instructions for deploying from Github to GH pages but could not find anything regarding deploying to a self-hosted instance. Here is my try on a script for that. Maybe some version could be added to the documentation? Especially when using hugo with something like forestry.io this could be really helpful.
